Mike is one of the Dealer Partner's here at North Country Ford; the other being his brother Keith. They are the third generation of Kopps to run the company. Mike started as a salesman in 1990.

Keith is one of the Dealer Partner's here at North Country Ford; the other being his brother Mike. They are the third generation of Kopps to run the company. Keith started in the parts department in 1995, and moved into the sales department years later.

Deb has worked as a service and warranty advisor since 1987. She can help you navigate through your warranty questions, as well as help with all of your automotive service needs.

Jon has been the North Country Ford Parts Manager for over 7 years. When your vehicle needs repairs, he'll source the best parts for the job.

Vickie has been on the sales team at North Country Ford since the fall of 2016.

Paul has been helping our customers' vehicles go straight down the road since 2000. He is trained to fix steering, brake and suspension issues: pothole damage is Paul's specialty!

Ray has been a collision technician for 40 years, from small parking lot dings to massive moose hits and everything in between, he can fix it all. As an outdoorsman, Ray enjoys hiking and camping with his family.

Crystal has been helping customers navigate the process of getting their vehicle repaired after an accident since 2012. As a mother of 2 boys, Crystal is kept busy in her spare time with school, sports, and Cub Scout activities.

Alex joined the North Country Ford team in the fall of 2016. He worked in the Sales department for 7 years and then decided to switch course and do collision work at the Collision Repair Center. He is the son of Mike Kopp and is looking forward to carrying on the family business.
